Okay, so on my first day in the Gorillaz fandom I have already discovered that a lot of people ship these two...
Quite frankly, I don't see it.
Murdoc's a creepy dipshit and 2D's just a gangly awkward guy who's had too many smacks to the head (courtesy of Murdoc's car) and it's clear to me that they really don't get along... actually I think the only times Murdoc enjoys 2D's presence is when he's abusing him in some way or another.
Also I don't know if the 'Faceache' thing is a common insult or not but I heard Murdoc call him that on that MTV Crib show and I thought it sounded funny.
